Our team has wide experience in the Local Government sector and has completed more than 300 projects for more than 50 Local Government clients – many of the clients are based in regional and rural Victoria.  The projects we have undertaken have included:

• The development of Council Plans and Business Plans
• Community development plans – including strategies for sporting facilities, neighbourhood houses and service centres
• The development of Health and Wellbeing Plans and Older Persons Plans
• Feasibility studies for infrastructure development projects
• Precinct development plans – these have included working with architects and engineers
• Economic development strategies – at Regional, Local and Precinct scales
• Regional development strategies that have involved a number of Local Government partners

Through such projects we have:

• Undertaken a wide range of community engagement processes
• Worked with Councillors and Council Officers from a range council service areas and have a wide professional network of Council contacts
• Developed wide knowledge of relevant Government funding streams and programs relevant to community based projects
